First time I ever heard Stevie Salas, I had to pick myself up off the floor. A song called PunkAss Bitch from the Shapeshifter album. It was some of the most mystifying guitar playing I had ever heard……and the heavy funk influence from the Atomic Dog & Bootsy Collins is evident from the start. There are several bad ass video’s on YouTube, but very few of them have quality audio. The Spotify link below is much better audio to the video above. Check it out, I guarantee you will like it.
