This Pale Wheat Ale pours a cloudy golden color with lots of little floaters swirling about. Lots of carbonation here. Pulled it right from the fridge and poured a bit heavy and foam shot to the top of the glass and flowed over the rim and all over my kitchen counter. My wife notices and offers her words of encouragement, “Just learning to pour a beer?”

Burn….

Even after my poor pour, the beer starts to “simma down now” pretty quick. It settles at a good two finger, bright white head head that starts to lace quickly.

The tastes are moderately heavy on the citrus at the front while the grain flavor soon follows but doesn’t stick around. Has a mouthfeel that reminds me of a heavier beer but it’s surprisingly light and refreshing. Wouldn’t buy this all the time, but if I am headed out for a day in the hot Florida sun, this one’s a pretty decent choice.
